23/40 Overpack items

This ribbon was awarded to local businessman and logging wheel manufacturer, Silas C. Overpack, at the Chicago World’s Fair of 1893. Overpack’s logging wheels were of a sleeker design than previous logging wheels were and with his design the process of hauling logs out of the woods was made easier.
